Berlynn gets her braces off!!

Today Berlynn got her braces off! Her smile is simply beautiful!She cant stop smiling!!All those months of elastic bands and threading floss is so worth it now!

Matt and I rode on our neighbors team American Infrastructure this past Saturday. We rode 75/80 miles fom Philladelphia to Ocean City with 7000 other riders raising 5 million dollars for Multiple Sclorosis. It was a thrill to do something so beneficial with so many other people!Best of all was that I was able to spend more time with my husband that I have in ages!

Baba surprises us!

Baba called Luke and told him that he was not able to come for his birthday but that the UPS man had dropped something very special off at our front door! When Luke went to check, Baba was lying at our door! What a fantastic surprise!

We had the most wonderful time with him for 2 days!!I feel so grateful for my dad and for the man and grandfather that he is.I am grateful for the sacrifice that he made to come and see us and for the memories we will treasure forever!

As an added benefit we were able to spend some precious one on one time together, as father and daughter. Baba is so wise and one of the lessons he shared with me is that nothing is as serious as you think it is in the moment.Keep things in the big picture!

Luke turns ten!

Luke turned 10 on the 24th of September! I cant believe it! It feels like yesterday that I was holding him in my arms! We had a small party for some neighborhood children and friends! They had a ball playing football and night games! I am really proud of Luke. He is a sweet and special boy so full of love and enthusiasm for the gospel and for all that he is involved in!
