Pumpkins

Spent the evening carving pumpkins and getting ready for trick or treating!!The kids had fun and their creations are wonderful!! I consider the evening a success as everyone has all their fingers in tact!

Savannah Leigh

My sweet angel is growing up too fast!! Savannah started first grade this year! I miss having my best friend with me every day!! She is growing up so fast and is just beautiful on the inside and the out! She is quite the fashion plate and getting her up and ready for school is no easy task as their is a lot of accessorizing and lip glossing that has to happen before getting her onto the bus!! She is just a whizz at school and is now on the honor role in Kumon..move over Luke!! She is still playing her violin and feels strongly that this is her talent although I think she has many!!

Berlynn Finds Soul Mate

Recently a new family moved into our neighborhood and they have 7 children!! Yes we are finally outnumbered!! Their oldest and only daughter is Jess..she is 14 and Berlynn and her have become inseparable!! They seem like they have known each other forever!! So fun watching them and finally having another teenage girl in our neighborhood!!

We are really proud of Berlynn, she is doing so well at school, home and at church!She just tried out for student council and was voted in as Treasurer. We heard news today that she was nominated as the Model Student of the month for her outstanding leadership skills, organisation, manners, diligence, friendliness and responsibility!
Matt and I think she is simply a star!!

The boys are ecstatic too as there are a ton of new boys in the area to play football with every afternoon! As soon as they get home from school they head over to the open field and we have to call them in when it gets dark!!

Aubreys Baby Shower

OK when any one sees me get out the camera now.. They know that it is for the blog!!

I thought all you old time VF girls would like to see everyone again! We miss having you all at the showers!! The most wonderful news is the expectant arrival of miracle baby girl Behunin!!

Aubrey is as beautiful as ever and just radiating!! Baby is due to come Thanksgiving week!! What a perfect way to describe her!! We had a wonderful evening chatting and catching up as sisters!!

Sports update

Alexander is obsessed with balls, racquet's and sticks of all sporting varieties.
He absolutely loves his brothers and sisters and especially loves attending their sporting events! He thinks that he can do anything that they can do!! He loves to cheer from the sidelines with the occasional dash onto the field when he gets the chance!!Definitely a sportsman in the making!!

Savannah is playing tennis and soccer at the moment and loving every minute of it!! She is a very talented sports woman and yet it is still a toss up between the actual sport or the social aspect of being with her friends!! She is definitely our social butterfly!!

Dallen is playing tennis and fall ball! He is just our natural athlete and excels at any sport he plays!! He is really enjoying baseball, last week he had an amazing hit all the way to the fence and ran it in to home!! Watch out Phillie's!!


Luke is playing tennis and travel soccer! It has really been a thrill to watch him on the soccer field and see how his skills have improved!! Of course I am most thrilled at his tennis abilities!!

Basketball starts soon for all of them but it seems Savannah is opting for the Gymnastics option!! We will see if Matt and I have any energy left!! Love watching them and although life is busy.. OK very busy, I wouldn't change a thing!!

Chores start early in Hall Home

One of Alex's favorite activities is helping Matt mow the lawns!! While he is on Matts lap he is VROOM VROOMING the entire time!! He is such a joy in our lives! He is a wonderful baby that is always happy!
